Greg Surtman serves as the Workforce Development Manager at Tooling U-SME, overseeing a dedicated team responsible for supporting Tooling U-SME's extensive partner network, which includes Manufacturing Extension Partnerships, Career & Technical High Schools, Community & Technical Colleges, Universities, Manufacturing Associations, Workforce & Economic Development Agencies, and Community Based Organizations. This collaborative network focuses on providing learning solutions to address the skills gap in manufacturing, bridging the talent pipeline and enhancing the skills of the incumbent workforce. In addition to his role at Tooling U-SME, Surtman has been appointed to the Board of The Uniquely Abled Project (UAP), reflecting his longstanding advocacy for the organization's mission. Having supported UAP as an industry partner, Surtman now takes on a leadership role as a board member, spearheading initiatives to connect uniquely abled individuals with career training programs that lead to transformative, in-demand career opportunities.
