Marco Brown, a dedicated Human Resources Manager at Kia Georgia, Inc. (Kia Georgia), spearheads our People Operations team, overseeing Human Resources People Operations, Workforce Planning and Development, and Talent Acquisition. Since joining Kia Georgia in February 2011, Marco has held various roles, showcasing his unwavering commitment to our vision and pursuit of excellence.
Prior to Kia Georgia, Marco served as a Signal Officer in the United States Army, with deployments in Fort Gordon, GA, Fort Sill, OK, and Iraq. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Clark Atlanta University and is pursuing an MBA at Georgia Institute of Technology. Additionally, Marco is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) through the Human Resources Certification Institute. Marco serves on the Foundation Board of Trustees for West Georgia Technical College, is a member of the Board of Directors for the LaGrange-Troup Chamber of Commerce, and supports several community committees.
