Christopher Ray is passionate about addressing industry skills gap challenges through apprenticeships at Stihl. With extensive private sector experience, he understands the need for adaptability and the workforce challenges companies face. Since 2014, Christopher has focused on innovative apprenticeship training, earning an $8M USDOL grant to scale programs nationally. He has developed apprenticeship programs for small and multinational companies, accommodating from a few individuals to over fifty apprentices across various occupations. Christopher's expertise spans multiple industries, driving his dedication to creating high-quality programs that offer significant upskilling, recruiting, and financial benefits. His commitment ensures companies develop skilled workforces for current and future demands.
