Dr. Stacy Seaworth

Dr. Stacy Seaworth is the Aerospace Operations Training Manager for Woodward Inc, where she has served at increasing levels of responsibility within the organization’s training program since 2020. She works across eight manufacturing sites to upskill manufacturing members—focusing on development of onboarding, train-the-trainer, and on-the-job programs. Prior to her time at Woodward, she served 23 years as an Aviation and Intelligence Officer in the U.S. Army, retiring at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.
