Margaret (Peggy) McGee leads Learning Program Development at American Axle & Manufacturing (AAM), a leading global Tier 1 Automotive and Mobility Supplier. AAM designs, engineers and manufactures Driveline and Metal Forming technologies to support electric, hybrid and internal combustion vehicles. McGee has worked in learning and development for more than 25 years, including instructional design, knowledge transfer, curriculum development, and leadership development. McGee holds both Master’s and Ph.D degrees in communication and instructional design, and is accomplished at applying those skills to both technical and non-technical development programs. She is also an Association for Talent Development (ATD) Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) and has maintained this credential for over 15 years.
